For the past years I’ve been using WMP and Winamp as my audio and video player, problem arises when it can’t read other formats such .3gp and .flv. I can’t argue with the interface but these tools need to expand its capabilities. The best option for me is to download a software that reads these format. So, I got a plenty of programs installed for different applications and it makes my CPU run slow. I search for a program that can read any video and audio format. I uninstalled all media players in my hard drive and tried “Total Media Player” but the problem with this all-in-one tool, it has alot of bugs and its outdated. I tried and switched to “VLC Media Player” and it works fine with me up to this very moment. This software is free and updated regularly, although the interface is quite simple, it can read any major known media format. The good thing about this one is the space and functionality.

See the Snapshot of its GUI Interface.

nice info!
VLC is becoming more common now, but still use WMP for playing mp3s. VLC is more practical for videos.
I have needed this information for so long. Where have you been!!! Thanks
